Sarra Lashhab
Since I was 15 years old I have been a part of the movement against sexual violence. During my teenage years, I was volunteering with a local rape crisis center which is when my passion started for helping people heal from trauma. For the past 10 years I have experience working in clinical mental health settings. My favorite part about being a therapist is seeing people regain their life back. A traumatic event can have an enormous impact on the way people feel ashamed about what happened, unsafe in the world, and voiceless. I have dedicated years of my training to empower people who have experienced trauma. I want to help you feel proud of the life you want to live. I believe you and together we are healing loudly

Welcome to My Therapy Office
This is where you’re invited to explore your healing journey. My therapy office is created so you can exhale as soon as you walk through the door. With soft, neutral tones and cozy furniture, you will be able to create a sense of calmness the moment you step in. I’ve created this space with you in mind to help you feel comfortable and grounded as we work together. To help you feel as supported as possible, I provide fidget toys, journals, tissues, and a selection of snacks and candies.
