Current Hiring: Licensed Therapist
Healing Loudly’s Mission Statement
Healing Loudly LLC is dedicated to support survivors of trauma as they reclaim their voices and rebuild their lives. Through trauma-informed, compassionate therapy, we provide a safe and empowering space for healing, growth, and self-discovery. Our mission is to walk alongside survivors as they move from surviving to thriving: loudly, unapologetically, and on their own terms. We strive to create a safe space where healing is not only possible, but boldly pursued. Beyond the therapy room, we actively engage in community education, advocacy, and collaboration to break the silence around trauma and foster collective healing.
Our Core Values In Hiring
-
Investing In You
From your very first day, we want you to feel supported, encouraged, and valued. You’ll have access to resources, clinical consultation, and mentorship to help you thrive as a professional. Your personal goals and professional development matter to us and we’re committed to walking alongside you as you pursue them.
-
Helping You Grow
Whether you're just starting your career or bringing years of experience, we’re here to help you grow: clinically, financially, and personally. We believe in creating opportunities for you to strengthen your voice, expand your skill set, and do the work that lights you up. When you grow, our whole community benefits.
-
Building Community
Private practice doesn’t have to mean practicing in isolation. At Healing Loudly, we foster a culture of connection and collaboration. This is a space where you can show up fully as yourself and feel seen, supported, and understood. We believe in showing up for one another, because the healing journey is better when we’re in it together.
As part of our team, you’re not just filling a role, you’re embodying a mission. Healing Loudly is rooted in vulnerability, authenticity, and social justice. We are passionate about serving the community and believe that therapy should be trauma-informed, client-centered, and empowerment-based. We value choosing candidates who have the ability to hold space for others in a way that aligns with our vision. We’re honored to have you here and we can’t wait to see the impact you’ll make.

Job Description
1099 Contract Position
70 (Therapist) / 30 (Healing Loudly) Split
Flexible schedule: you create your own hours
-
After the 70/30 split, you can expect to make an estimated $75 to $105 per session. To give you a break down, if you see on average 20 client’s per week for 48 weeks out of the year, you could make $72k to $100k
-
70/30 split is where the therapist keeps 70% of the revenue and the practice keeps 30%
-
We recommend 15–25 clients/week depending on your goals and availability, but we’re flexible and will work with you to build a caseload that’s sustainable for you.
-
Healing Loudly is primarily a private pay practice, which allows us to provide flexible, client-centered care without the restrictions of insurance panels. However, we also accept select insurance plans through our partnership with Headway, including:
Aetna
UnitedHealthcare
Oxford
Oscar Health
Quest Behavioral Health
We also offer superbills for clients seeking out-of-network reimbursement. If you're new to balancing private pay and insurance clients, we’ll walk you through how it works so you feel confident in navigating both.
-
While Healing Loudly actively supports you in building your caseload through marketing, community relationships, and visibility on our platforms, we cannot guarantee a specific number of referrals. Client flow can vary, so we also encourage you to take part in light networking (at your own pace) to help increase referrals
