My Therapy Approach

My approach is compassionate, affirming, and collaborative. I’ve completed advanced training in:

  • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

  • SafeTALK Suicide Alertness

  • Victim Services Practitioner Advocacy Training

What I love most about being a therapist is watching people come back to themselves. I want people to feel proud of the life they are creating, to take up space unapologetically, and to begin speaking their truth after years of silence. You deserve to feel safe in your own life again.

I believe you. I see you.

And together, we are healing loudly.
