You tell yourself that what happened is over, but your body doesn't seem to agree. Maybe you've survived something that changed the way you see yourself, other people, or the world around you. You feel constantly on guard, overwhelmed, or disconnected. Certain situations, memories, or relationships leave you feeling stuck in patterns of fear, shame, self-doubt, or emotional exhaustion. Perhaps you've become an expert at pushing through and taking care of everyone else, while privately struggling with racing thoughts, difficulty trusting others, feeling disconnected from your body, or wondering why you can't move forward despite how hard you're trying.

Together, we will explore not only your thoughts and emotions, but also how your experiences may be stored in your body. In therapy, I help clients better understand themselves, develop effective coping skills, and process experiences that continue to impact their daily lives. Therapy isn't just about talking through problems. Therapy is about helping you build awareness, reconnect with yourself, and create lasting change.

My goal is to help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected to yourself and the people around you. As therapy progresses, many clients find they are better able to regulate emotions, establish healthy boundaries, trust themselves, and respond to life's challenges without feeling overwhelmed by them. I want therapy to be a place where you feel understood, supported, and empowered to move beyond surviving and toward a life that feels meaningful, balanced, and authentic to who you are.
