Reclaim Your Power Event

Reclaim Your Power is a women’s empowerment event created in honor of Domestic Violence Awareness Month, designed to help women build confidence, strengthen their sense of self, and reconnect with their personal power.
Sessions with Sarra and Hannah - You’ll begin with a trauma-informed session led by Sarra Lashhab, LCSW, owner of Healing Loudly LLC, where you’ll learn how trauma can impact self-trust, boundaries, and decision-making. We will discuss practical tools to help you rebuild confidence and make empowered choices in your daily life. Hannah, LCSW and owner of Grow Through Trauma Therapy, will discuss real life stories about healing from domestic violence
Self-Defense Krav Maga Class - You’ll then participate in a hands-on self-defense class led by coaches from New World Defense & Fitness, who are generously donating their time to teach practical techniques that support physical safety, awareness, and confidence.
Trauma-Informed Yoga - Jess Ramos, a trauma informed yoga instructor, will guide the event through a slow flow that will give people the ability to reconnect with their bodies at the end of event.
Vendors - Located in the parking lot at Backyard Social, we will have local business set up for a community shopping experience.
Tickets are only $30 and half of the proceeds will be going to Project Help, the non-profit rape crisis center located in Naples, FL. Project Help Inc. provides free services for victims of violent crimes and has a forensic exam unit on site to collect evidence for criminal sexual assault cases. Funds raised at this event will help support programs for survivors.
